Deonn L. Henderson founded Cornerstone Capital Group to help entrepreneurs and investors in the information technology, commodities and real estate arena build wealth through the intelligent use of capital.

Mr. Henderson possesses a unique blend of capabilities-specialized in the structuring, formation and management of information technology and real estate development entities, joint ventures and government contracting partnership. Mr. Henderson is a business infrastructure and analytical-oriented professional with 18 years of experience in building business infrastructures, bottom-line & process improvement, acquisitions, financial analysis and strategic planning in several industries, including consulting, real estate development, construction, engineering and information technology. Mr.

Henderson combines his insight gained from hands-on experience as a corporate executive and an entrepreneur to effectuate focused business solutions.

As a current entrepreneur, business owner, and developer in the DC Metropolitan Area, Mr. Henderson is proficient in capital raising, deal structuring, project management, marketing and other facets of real estate & information technology. Before establishing Cornerstone Capital Group, Mr. Henderson worked for seven years as direct leadership for a large government contracting firm and then as the Chief Information Officer for the National Security and Space Office in which he managed their entire Business Development, Information Technology and Unique Systems division.

In addition, Mr. Henderson is also a Principal Investor of several well-known hospitality venues located in Northwest Washington, DC.

Mr. Henderson received a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Mason University with a concentration in Decision Science Management Information Systems and a Master Degree in Systems Engineering from George Washington University. A former Arizonian Mr. Henderson has lived in the DC Metropolitan Area for 21 years.
